EXTRAS
My Personal Fav B*Free Options! (use the links/codes and save that $$$!)
Giesen Sauv Blanc - I love wine and haven't found many B*Free Options that I like. Until this one. This alcohol-removed wine offers delicate aromas of fresh lime, redcurrant, & lemon shortbread. Delicious citrus flavors followed by distinct blackcurrant & passionfruit notes define this premium Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Finishes crisp & dry with juicy brightness.
Aplos - A hemp-infused, plant-based, non-alcoholic spirit that calms and uplifts, without the negative effects of alcohol. They just came out with two canned options, too!
Gruvi - Taste the joy of award-winning non-alc bevs. With globally recognized gold medals you can trust that every single bev they offer will deliver on taste! 🍻 My favs are the Bubbly Rose, Sangria (brings me back to Spain!) and their Juicy IPA.
Athletic Brewing - Game changer whether or not you like beer! I'm not a beer drinker but this IPA is absolutely lovely! Athletic Brewing Company is the first brewery and taproom fully devoted to the production of NA craft brews in the US. Highly recommend!
Lagunitas - Check out the Hoppy Refresher Variety Pack! Three kinds of our Sparkling Hop Water in one handy Refresher Variety Pack, featuring new flavors Blood Orange and Berry+Lemon. ZERO: Alcohol, Carbs, Cals, and Gluten!
Ritual Zero Proof - America's #1 non-alcoholic spirit for a reason! Use Ritual in place of traditional spirits to make non-alcoholic versions of your favorite cocktails. I personally LOVE the tequila - it's smoky like a great mezcal and totally works on its own or in a faux or low marg, too! Use this link for $10 off your purchase!
Surely - Use this link for $25 off! Surely sources grapes from the warm and breezy California coast and turns it into something special. Their wines go through the same fermentation process used in traditional winemaking, but then they dealcoholize the wine to remove the alcohol. A bit pricier but worth the extra!
Kava Haven - If you're looking for something that actually CALMS YOU DOWN, try Kava Haven! Their consciously crafted kava-infused non-alcoholic spirit is designed to provide a refreshing alternative to traditional spirits, offering you a moment of relaxation and social enhancement. To me, it tastes like an earthy lemon drop, and I've really enjoyed it on the rocks!
Arlow - This is my go-to alcoholic wine right now. Why? Half the alcohol (only 6.5%!) yet full flavor (aka 100% wine!) It's only 70 calories and is made entirely from California grapes. Did I mention they're all about sustainability and work with CA vineyards that practice sustainability, including dry farming and low sulfite usage?! Winning! That truly is Wine without Compromise in my book.
Sunwink - A female-founded, plant-powered wellness company that makes Superfood Powders and Sparkling Herbal Tonics. The Hibiscus Mint is MY GO-TO!
Curious Elixirs - Curious Elixirs are booze-free craft cocktails, infused with adaptogens to help you unwind. The beverages are handmade with the best ingredients and no refined sugar. Created because they believe non-alcoholic drinks should be unusually delicious, these are well-crafted and good for bodies and souls. Get 10% off through the link.
GreenBar Distillery - Craft Canned B*Free Cocktails! The Lavender Bitters + Soda is fantastic.
Blue Moon Zero - I love it more than the real thing! Tastes like a full orange half was squeezed in and it is delicious!
Mingle - These mocktails are SO GOOD! The Blackberry Hibiscus Bellini and Cucumber Melon Mojito are my personal favs but you really can't go wrong.
H2O Sonoma Soft Seltzer - Ok this is not at all what it sounds like. Moscato normally gets a bad rep (as does seltzers if you are like me and don't enjoy malt) but this has been the most delightful surprise! Each can contains vitamin C and vitamin B12, further enhanced with antioxidants and electrolytes, potassium, and calcium.

Binge Drinking
"Drinking too much can be harmful to your health. Most people who drink excessively are not alcoholics or alcohol dependent. Excessive alcohol use includes binge drinking, which is defined as five or more drinks on an occasion (within two or three hours) for men, and four or more drinks on an occasion (within two or three hours) for women. Other forms of excessive alcohol use include heavy drinking (15 or more drinks a week for men, eight or more drinks a week for women), and any drinking by pregnant people or people younger than 21 years. Excessive alcohol use can also increase the risk of long-term health issues such as liver disease, cancer, heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, and birth defects."
