I decided to use the Day One app for my journaling and set my time as 8 AM. I’m much more in tune to my thoughts early, but after coffee! It felt good today😁

Love it! I’m the same - morning is better for me, too! Thats why I need to set an alarm to take a break otherwise I wait until right before bed which helps me sleep but doesn’t necessarily get as much out of it.
